A Japanese Imperial Navy Officer Dagger, but unusually forged with a yoroi-dōshi-style blade. The blade is exceptionally thick and heavy, resembling an armor-piercing dagger rather than a standard Tanto. This combination of navy mounts with a robust, yoroi-dōshi blade is rarely encountered.
